We are a Christian ministry dedicated to helping women age 50 and older discover their purpose, strengthen their faith, and walk boldly in God's calling.

Our Mission

Kingdom Aligned Woman Ministries International exists to create a vibrant, life-giving community where women age 50 and older are encouraged, equipped, and empowered to become everything God created them to be.

Through biblical teaching, authentic relationships, powerful prayer, and purposeful living, we help women navigate the unique opportunities and challenges of their season, deepen their relationship with Jesus, and walk boldly in their Kingdom calling.

Our Vision

We envision a community of women over 50 who are spiritually grounded, confident in their identity as Kingdom women, and actively fulfilling God's purpose for their lives.

We see women who are living with intention and purpose, building authentic relationships, experiencing healing and restoration, and making a kingdom impact in their families and communities.

We believe in the God of the Bible—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—and His Word as the ultimate source of truth and authority for our lives.

We believe in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, whose death, resurrection, and ascension secure our redemption and whose life serves as our example.

Our Story

Kingdom Aligned Woman Ministries International was founded with a simple yet powerful conviction: women in the second half of life matter deeply to God, and they need a community that affirms, supports, and equips them to flourish.

After years of observing the tremendous needs and unique challenges facing women over 50—transitions in health, identity, purpose, and relationships—founder Tongie Davis felt called to create a ministry specifically designed for this season.

What began as a prayer and a vision has grown into a vibrant community of women discovering that God's best is not behind them, but ahead. Through monthly meetings, Bible studies, prayer gatherings, retreats, and workshops, women are finding renewal, purpose, and the courage to walk boldly in their calling.

Today, Kingdom Aligned Woman Ministries International continues to expand its reach and deepen its impact, helping more women discover that they are Kingdom Aligned—perfectly positioned to fulfill God's purpose in their lives.

Our Leadership Team

Tongie Davis

Founder & Director

Tongie Davis is the Founder and Executive Director of Kingdom Aligned Woman Ministries International and the owner of Axis North Coaching, LLC. With a heart for women 50 and older, she equips women to deepen their faith, rediscover their identity, and courageously walk in their God-given purpose. Through teaching, coaching, writing, and community-building, Tongie creates welcoming spaces where women can heal, grow, connect, and become fully aligned with who God has called them to be.

Mary Hayford

Director of Operations

Mary Hayford serves as the Director of Operations for Kingdom Aligned Woman Ministries International. With a heart for service and a commitment to excellence, Mary helps bring structure, organization, and thoughtful coordination to the ministry's programs and activities. Her dependable leadership and collaborative spirit help ensure that KAWMI's vision is carried out with care, integrity, and purpose.

Shirley James

Director of Cohort Social Events & Community Outreach

Shirley James serves as the Director of Cohort Social Events & Community Outreach for Kingdom Aligned Woman Ministries International. With a welcoming spirit and a heart for connecting people, Shirley creates meaningful opportunities for women to build relationships, enjoy fellowship, and serve the community. Her leadership helps KAWMI extend Christ's love beyond its gatherings through thoughtful events, compassionate outreach, and genuine connection. Shirley is also the Founder of Transformation Shirley.

Patti Lee

Director of Prayer & Care

Patti Lee serves as the Director of Prayer & Care for Kingdom Aligned Woman Ministries International. With a compassionate heart and a deep commitment to prayer, Patti provides spiritual encouragement and loving support to the women of the KAWMI community. She leads the Prayer & Care Ministry in responding to prayer requests, coordinating cards, calls, and visits, and helping ensure that every woman feels seen, supported, and covered in prayer. Patti is also the Founder of Refresh F5 Ministries.

Tongie Davis: Teacher, Coach & Author

Tongie Davis is far more than the founder of Kingdom Aligned Woman Ministries International. She is a passionate teacher, certified life coach, and author dedicated to helping women discover their fullest potential in Christ.

With over a decade of experience in Christian ministry and leadership development, Tongie has worked with hundreds of women navigating the unique challenges and opportunities of the second half of life. Her coaching practice, Axis North Coaching, specializes in purpose discovery and faith-based personal development.

Tongie's greatest passion is creating welcoming spaces where women can be authentically themselves, grow spiritually, and step boldly into God's calling for their lives. She believes that the second half of life is not a season of decline, but one of incredible opportunity and purpose.
