Leadership Training Workshops

Leadership Circle
Our Leadership Circle is an intimate group of women leaders who gather to encourage one another, share experiences, and grow together. This peer-led community provides accountability, inspiration, and the support system every leader needs to thrive.

Cohort Facilitator & Small Group Leader
Lead a Kingdom Aligned Woman Cohort, guiding 6-12 women through meaningful discussions, prayer, and biblical study. You'll set the tone for authentic community and create a safe space for women to share their faith journey.
Responsibilities: Facilitate monthly meetings, prepare discussion prompts, encourage vulnerable sharing, coordinate logistics
Time Commitment: 6-8 hours monthly
Ideal For: Women with strong relational skills and a heart for discipleship
Prayer Gathering Coordinator
Organize and lead our monthly prayer gatherings, creating powerful intercession experiences. You'll develop the agenda, lead prayer times, and coordinate logistics for both in-person and virtual attendees.
Responsibilities: Plan monthly gatherings, lead intercession times, manage prayer requests, coordinate technology
Time Commitment: 4-6 hours monthly
Ideal For: Women with a passionate prayer life and organizational skills
Workshop Facilitator & Teacher
Share your expertise and biblical knowledge by teaching workshops on topics like leadership, spiritual growth, life transitions, and faith development. You'll inspire women while equipping them with practical skills and biblical wisdom.
Responsibilities: Develop curriculum, deliver engaging teaching, facilitate discussions, create handouts
Time Commitment: 8-12 hours per workshop (plus preparation)
Ideal For: Women with teaching gifts and deep knowledge in specific areas
Event Planning & Coordination
Plan and execute our special events, retreats, and conferences that bring women together for spiritual renewal and connection. You'll manage logistics, vendors, schedules, and ensure every detail reflects our ministry's heart.
Responsibilities: Plan events, manage budgets, coordinate logistics, handle vendor relations, troubleshoot on-site
Time Commitment: 6-10 hours monthly (varies with event schedule)
Ideal For: Organized, detail-oriented women who thrive in coordination and problem-solving
Community Outreach Leader
Lead service initiatives that extend God's love to our community. You'll identify needs, organize service projects, mobilize volunteers, and ensure our outreach reflects the compassion and grace of Christ.
Responsibilities: Identify community needs, plan service projects, recruit and train volunteers, manage partnerships
Time Commitment: 6-8 hours monthly
Ideal For: Women passionate about serving others and making a community impact
Mentorship Program Coordinator
Oversee our mentorship program by recruiting mentors, matching mentees with mentors, providing training and support, and tracking outcomes. You'll nurture meaningful relationships that transform lives.
Responsibilities: Recruit mentors, match pairs, provide training, oversee relationships, gather feedback
Time Commitment: 6-8 hours monthly
Ideal For: Women who understand mentoring relationships and can provide supportive oversight
Social Media & Communications
Manage our ministry's online presence, sharing stories of impact, resources, and updates that keep our community connected and informed. You'll use creativity and strategic communication to extend our reach.
Responsibilities: Post content, manage social media, write newsletters, create graphics, respond to inquiries
Time Commitment: 4-6 hours weekly
Ideal For: Tech-savvy women with writing skills and a heart for storytelling
Hospitality & Welcome Team Leader
Create a warm, welcoming environment for every woman who walks through our doors. You'll lead the welcome team, ensure guests feel valued, coordinate refreshments, and set the tone for belonging.
Responsibilities: Greet attendees, coordinate volunteers, manage refreshments, follow up with guests, handle logistics
Time Commitment: 4-6 hours per event
Ideal For: Warm, hospitable women who excel at making people feel welcomed and valued
